Premium XO Pork & Beef Jerky / Bak Kwa is made from premium pork leg & shoulder (similar selection for beef) minced meat cured & marinated deeply in herbs & spices then expertly chargrilled on BBQ for an amazing smoky finish – like a Biltong but much more flavoursome than that! And much tender in the mouthfeel than Biltong. Both in Original, Spicy (custom of heat rating of 1-3 of choice) or a Mix.

We express mail hyper hygienic vacuum-sealed packages of the Premium XO Pork or Beef Jerky (Bak Kwa) and the Nuclear Char-Siew to all states here in Australia to many happy customers who repeatedly return for more orders. The Premium XO Pork Jerky can be ordered at AUD$78 per kilo plus express postage to anywhere in Australia – vacuum-sealed for freshness guaranteed. AUD$45 for 500g packs (plus express postage cost, collect/pickup for free of course or hand-delivered to you at no cost if orders above $100). Premium XO Beef Jerky at AUD$110 per kilo or AUD$65 for 500g. The Premium XO Pork Jerky Sliced version is AUD$88 per kilo or AUD$50 for 500g packs.
