This gourmet Slow-Roasted Pork Belly Crackling slab features, apart from the loud booming crackle that melts in your mouth, very moist meat tender to the bite having a hint of garlic enhanced by the salt-crusted crackle that ends up with an amazing mouth-feel which you cannot help but grin.

Large Oink slab – $120 (good for party of 6-8 with a minimum of 18 slices or more with a pre-roast weight of 2 kg or more)
Extra Large Oink slab – $150 (good for party of 10-12 with a minimum of 24 slices or more with a pre-roast weight of 2.5 kg or more)
Super Large Oink slab – $180 (good for party of 16-18 with a minimum of 30 slices or more with a pre-roast weight of 3.0 kg or more)

This gourmet Nuclear Char-Siew strips of premium pork belly that has been marinated for an entire day in herbs & spices with a good splashing of love, then simmered over steeped in its marinade extended with additional flavourings (again no artificial enhancers used) to lock in the umami, then in the oven constantly basting it. Finally finished off with blow-torch at 1900C – achieving that crusty, dark charred caramelisation. It is just a touch sweet coupled with smoky peppery overtones with a very moist inner core… on warm rice, fusion salads or tossed over angel hair pasta with nutty rocket leaves etc even in sandwiches…boom! You’ll be fighting for the charred end bits – everyone does!
These amazing strips of Nuclear Char-Siew pork belly will be vacuum-sealed in packs ensuring freshness & with its juices sealed in.
